Michael D. Rumbolz
President and Chief Executive Officer
Michael D. Rumbolz was named Interim President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2016 and in May 2016 was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer. From August 2008 to August 2010, he served as a consultant to the Company advising upon various strategic, product development and customer relations matters. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cash Systems, Inc., a provider of cash access services to the gaming industry, from January 2005 until August 2008 when the Company acquired Cash Systems, Inc.
Mike also has provided various consulting services and held various public and private sector employment positions in the gaming industry, including serving as Member and Chairman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board from January 1985 to December 1988. He is a Director of Seminole Hard Rock Entertainment, LLC. He is also the former Vice Chairman of the Board of Casino Data Systems, was the President and CEO of Anchor Gaming, was the Director of Development for Circus Circus Enterprises (later Mandalay Bay Group) and was the President of Casino Windsor at the time of its opening in Windsor, Ontario. In addition, Mike is the former Chief Deputy Attorney General of the State of Nevada.
Randy L. Taylor
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Randy Taylor has the ability to focus on the plan in front of him while seeing how it will affect the company years down the road. It’s a skill that is serving him well as Everi’s Chief Financial Officer, especially as the company evolves to be a new force in the casino operations market.
Randy moved into the CFO position in March 2014 from the Senior Vice President of Finance post he had held at Global Cash Access, Inc., since 2011.
Before joining, Randy worked at Citadel Broadcasting Corporation for 10 years in an assortment of finance roles, including CFO and Principal Financial Accounting Officer. He also has gaming experience with stints at Aladdin Gaming, LLC, and Showboat, Inc.
Randy received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver.
Dean A. Ehrlich
Executive Vice President and Gaming Business Leader
Dean Ehrlich brings decades of experience as a proven leader in the gaming industry to his role as Everi’s Executive Vice President, Games Business Leader. Dean has dedicated his entire professional career to the gaming industry, and this expansive background has more than prepared him to lead the Games business, including oversight of the game development studios, manufacturing, and gaming operations.
Prior to joining Everi, Dean had a long career at WMS Industries, which was acquired by Scientific Games in 2013, and was most recently Senior Vice President of Global Gaming Operations. During his 12 years, he also served as Vice President of North American Sales and Executive Director of Product Management. Previously, Dean spent 9 years at Anchor Gaming in multiple leadership roles, most recently as General Manager for the proprietary games division.
Dean serves on the board of directors at Beyond Sports Foundation, a non-profit organization that prepares student-athletes to succeed in life, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University.
David J. Lucchese
Executive Vice President, Digital & Interactive Business Leader
David Lucchese joined Global Cash Access, Inc., in 2010 as Executive Vice President of Sales, where he helped instill a spirit of innovation, operational efficiency, and high customer integrity in the company.
David extended that philosophy when he became Executive Vice President of Client Services in early 2014 and polished it further when he moved to Austin, Texas, later that year to support the combination of Global Cash Access, Inc. and Multimedia Games. In January 2015, David assumed the role of Executive Vice President, Games.
Before Global Cash Access, Inc., David spent 25 years in sales positions at Bally Technologies, Inc., Aristocrat Technologies, Inc., and Casino Data Systems. At each stop, David served in various sales leadership roles. His first position in the gaming industry — as a Sales Account Executive — was in 1989 with Bally Gaming.
David earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Indiana University.
Edward A. Peters
Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Edward Peters brings a fiery brand of enthusiasm to Everi’s sales team, fueled by his 30-plus years of success at both large and small corporations. Edward’s focus is on driving success among his team while contributing to cost savings for the company.
Edward’s background includes positions in start-up, turnaround, and high-growth organizations, including Prudential Financial and Silverton Bank.
In addition to his sales experience, Edward has an extensive background in technology and has served as both a Chief Technology and Chief Information Officer in his previous positions.
Edward is a graduate of DeVry University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management.
Harper H. Ko
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel
Harper Ko, who joined Everi in December 2017, has direct responsibility for all of Everi’s legal and regulatory compliance affairs. Her extensive background and expertise in corporate legal and regulatory compliance in the casino gaming industry includes various legal positions with gaming equipment suppliers and casino operators.
Prior to joining Everi, Harper served as Deputy General Counsel for Gaming for Scientific Games Corporation, where she led a team with a wide responsibility for commercial revenue matters within its Gaming and Interactive business units. Previously, Harper was Assistant General Counsel for Bally Gaming, Inc., Contract Attorney with Harrah’s Operating Company, Associate Corporate Counsel for Aristocrat Technologies, Inc., and Staff Counsel for WMS Gaming Inc.
Harper holds a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and a B.S. in Psychology as a Natural Science from the University of Michigan. She is a Board Member at Project 150, a non-profit charitable organization committed to helping students in high schools across Las Vegas and a member of the Executive Leadership Committee for the Go Red for Women, American Heart Association.
Harper previously served as an Officer (co-General Counsel, Vice President) of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers and was honored with the Rising Star Award by Great Women in Gaming.
Richard P. Hallman
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Rich Hallman joined Everi in July 2016. An information technology veteran, Rich has an extensive background with over 25 years of leadership experience.
Prior to joining Everi, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer with EMPLOYERS Insurance, where he spearheaded transformational technology initiatives throughout the company. These innovative initiatives garnered Rich and his team industry-wide recognition with peer awards, including Rich being named Technologist of the Year by Nevada’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology in 2015. He previously served for five years as Vice President of Information Technology-Infrastructure and Operations at EMPLOYERS Insurance, managing enterprise-wide IT systems, acquisition integrations and critical data center operations.
Prior to joining EMPLOYERS, Rich held senior IT leadership positions at Intuit, Inc., where he managed data center operations, IT site facilities and one of the company’s business lines, providing outsourced payroll services for small business. While at Intuit, Inc., he also provided strategic and tactical IT support to various business units, while leading mergers and acquisition due diligence and integration initiatives. Rich was also the IT Operations Manager for Computing Resources Inc. providing direct technology management for ACH payroll processing to over 80 banking partners.
Rich studied electrical engineering at Penn State University and is a Desert Storm veteran retired from the U.S. military, where he served for over 23 years in the Nevada Air National Guard and the U.S. Air Force.
