Everi Payments Inc., Central Credit, LLC, Everi Games Inc., Everi Interactive LLC, and each of their present and future parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and assigns, as the context requires (collectively, “Everi”) cares about the security of your personal information and wants to protect you and us against fraud. Where permitted by law, Everi and our contractors (“we”, “our,” or “us”) use ID, defined below, scanning and facial recognition technology to verify your identity and safeguard personal information as part of our security and fraud prevention efforts. This notice describes our collection and use of biometric data for security and fraud prevention purposes.
When we refer to “biometric data,” we mean information about your physical or biological characteristics (some states call these “biometric identifiers”) that identify you. Information like eye, hand, or face scans; fingerprints; and voiceprints may be considered biometric data if they are being used to identify you. The definitions of biometric data vary under different states’ laws and some states’ biometric laws do not apply to driver’s license photos.
How we use your biometric data
When we scan your valid state driver’s license or other valid government identifying document (each, an “ID”) or take your photo, we may use the image to create a “biometric identifier.” We also collect other information from your ID. We use this information to verify that your ID is real, to protect your personal information from unauthorized disclosure, and to prevent fraud.
Why we collect, share, and store your biometric data
Everi will not collect, use, or store your biometric data without your consent. Also, Everi will not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from your biometric data. We will only disclose your biometric data or share the data with third parties to provide the products or services you request. We may also disclose, disseminate and/or transmit your biometric data if such disclosure is required (i) by state or federal law or (ii) pursuant to valid warrant or subpoena.
How long we retain your biometric data
When you consent to the creation and use of your biometric data through use of our products, including but not limited to our CentralCredit® casino operation offerings, CashClub® offerings, including the CashClub Wallet, and Everi ID for identity verification or fraud prevention purposes, we will keep your biometric data only as long as necessary to complete the transaction. However, if we determine that a transaction may involve fraud, we may keep the biometric data and supporting information longer, as the law allows.
Everi will store, transmit, and protect your biometric data using the same degree of reasonable care applicable to similar confidential and sensitive information.

You may withhold consent to the creation and use of your biometric data through use of our products, including but not limited to our CentralCredit® casino operation offerings, CashClub® offerings, including the CashClub Wallet, and Everi ID, but this may limit the methods by which we are able to provide the services requested. This Biometric Data Notice may be periodically updated. From time-to-time we may update this notice to reflect new features or changes in our practices or our services.
