LAS VEGAS (Aug. 1, 2018) – Everi Holdings Inc. (NYSE: EVRI) (“Everi or the “Company”), the casino gaming industry’s single source provider of gaming products and financial technology solutions, through its subsidiaries Everi Payments Inc., and Global Cash Access (UK), Limited Inc. (“Everi UK”) has entered into a services representative agreement with Intelligent Gaming Systems Limited (“Intelligent Gaming”). The agreement enables Intelligent Gaming to resell Everi UK’s cash access products as well as provide first line support and service to customers in the U.K. market.
