Everi Customer Agreement

Any Equipment, Software or Services provided by Everi to Customer are subject to either (i) a previously signed agreement by Customer with Everi or, (ii) if no such agreement applies, the current Everi Customer Agreement and applicable Attachments from https://www.everi.com/Everi Customer Agreement, (the “Agreement”), the terms of which shall be deemed accepted and binding on Everi and Customer upon your signature on this sales order or the receipt of any Equipment, Software or Services. The terms of the Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and except as supplemented by this order all other terms and conditions in the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and affirmed by both Everi and Customer.
